BOLNEY YOUTH CLUB AGM 15th Oct

Bolney youth club are holding their AGM on Monday 15th  October 8pm  at the Rawson Hall. Parents/carers of all children are warmly invited, plus anyone else who feels they could halp with the running of the club - we are currently looking for a treasurer and a secretary as the current officers will be stepping down at the AGM . Free refreshments available. In order for this club to continue it is imperative we have new parents/carers and people willing to help on board to assist with planning events and fundraising. We would particularly welcome parents/carers of our younger members as all of the committee have older children who will soon be leaving the club, so it would be fantastic to have some members from current year 7 or 8 youth, or even if your child is currentlly  in year 6 and will be joining in  September 2013 we would love to meet you and tell you all about what is needed!. Meetings are no more than 6 times a year. Thank you.
